Fibrofind is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. This privacy policy tells all of our website users how Fibrofind uses and protects any information, which you provide to us when you use this website.

Our Data Protection Officer is Jeremy Domis, who can be contacted (jeremy.domis@fibrofind.com). He will also be able to provide you with our Data Protection Policy and our Privacy Notices relating to all of our staff and our contractors/suppliers.

Fibrofind is committed to ensuring your information is kept safe. We have a number of procedures in place to ensure your information is kept secure, accurate and up to date and to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure of any information we collect online.

We are a company based in the UK. However, our clients are located globally, so we may transfer your personal information to countries around the world including the US and other countries outside Europe. If that country is outside the EEA, we will only transfer data, if we are satisfied that appropriate safeguards are in place (for example, the US Privacy Shield or our use of standard contractual clauses) to ensure that your information is adequately protected.

Use of our website by children aged under 13

Our website is not intended or designed to be used by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from our about children under the age of 13.

Your rights

How to access personal information we hold about you

Individuals have a right to make a ‘subject access request’ to gain access to personal information that Fibrofind hold about them.

If you make a subject access request, and if we do hold information about you, we will:

  • Give you a description of it
  • Tell you why we are holding and processing it, and how long we will keep it for
  • Explain where we got it from, if not from you
  • Tell you who it has been, or will be, shared with
  • Let you know whether any automated decision-making is being applied to the data, and any consequences of this
  • Give you a copy of the information in an intelligible form.

You may also have the right for your personal information to be transmitted electronically to another organisation in certain circumstances.

Currently we do not carry out any automated decision making or profiling on the personal data we process. If this changes then we will let you know and update this policy accordingly.

  • Request the transfer of automated personal data to you or to a third party. We will provide personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
  • Where we are processing personal data on the lawful basis of consent, you can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer.
  • Claim compensation for damages caused by a breach of the data protection regulations
