Andy Black

Andy Black is Chair of FibroFind, providing the governance and strategic oversight that gives clients confidence they are working with a well-led, professionally governed business.

He was Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Kinapse, a global life sciences services business working with the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies, which became the fastest growing of its kind in the UK before its successful exit. He has since held Chair and Non-Executive roles across Optibrium, Bluecrest Wellness and Sygnature Discovery, with experience spanning drug discovery, translational research, clinical development and commercialisation.

Andy began his career as an NHS surgeon and is Professor of Practice at King’s College London. His combination of clinical, scientific and commercial experience means clients can be assured that FibroFind operates with the rigour, credibility and strategic discipline expected at the highest level of the sector.
